2025 EWMT BRACKET
All teams in each Competitive Group (e.g. Teams 1-4, Teams 5-8) will play Round Robin with the Top 2 Teams of each group advancing to Single Elimination Bracket. See Tournament Rules for more details.
2025 Tournament On-Site Medical Aid Provided by:
Christina Wong, DO, FAOASM, CAQ-SM will be representing Optum Sports Medicine at the EWMF Tournament. She has provided sideline coverage and medical care for the Seattle Mariners, Virginia Tech athletics, New Orleans Saints, XFL Seattle Dragons, Seattle Marathon, Special Olympics, Everett Silvertips, and local CrossFit competitions, lacrosse tournaments, and high school football.
She specializes in musculoskeletal injuries of all types including shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, or ankle injuries, strains/sprains, concussions, and much more. She performs ultrasound evaluation, performs PRP (platelet-rich plasma injections) for joint or soft tissue issues, and performs Tenex procedures for chronic tendon pain.
She will be available for questions or initial assessments of on-site injuries.

Important Player Information:
Registered Players are encouraged to bring a light colored shirt and dark colored shirt to help identify teams during tournament play.
ALL Players will be required to complete and sign a sportsmanship agreement, liability, photography, and medical waiver upon entry to the court on the day of the tournament in order to compete. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of player and potentially the team.
IMPORTANT: ALL Registered players under the age of 18 must provide a completed sportsmanship agreement, liability, photography, medical waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian at/before check-in and in order to compete. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of player and potentially the team. Completed, signed, and clear copy waivers may be provided to the EWMF staff via email prior to the event.
Early Registration Teams (registered between June 1, 2025 and July 31, 2025) may claim their free 2025 EWMF Tournament T-Shirt upon check-in and completed signed waiver.
Late Registration Teams (registered between August 1, 2025 and September 3, 2025) will not receive a free tournament shirt upon check-in, however tournament shirts will be available for purchase during the event.
Teams may have up to 4 registered players, but must have at least 3 players present to play. Teams are required to have 3 players present in order to participate in the tournament. No refunds will be given for incomplete teams not placed in the tournament.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
